Mimfinder.com – Job Posting Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of the job posting services (“Services”) provided by Mimfinder.com (“Platform”), which is operated by Sutukpe Ventures, located at Lagos, Nigeria. By posting a job on Mimfinder.com, you (“Employer” or “You”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be legally able to enter into contracts and have the authority to post job listings on behalf of your organization or business.
  • You must be a registered user of Mimfinder.com, with a verified account, to post jobs.

2. Job Posting Guidelines

By posting a job, you agree that:

  • The job listing is accurate and represents a genuine job opportunity.
  • The job description is clear, non-discriminatory, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • The job posting does not contain offensive, misleading, or illegal content.
  • The job listing should not violate any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or third-party rights.
  • You will not post jobs for illegal activities or positions that promote unethical behavior.

3. Job Posting Restrictions

You may not post job listings that:

  • Promote discriminatory practices based on race, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, national origin, or any other protected category.
  • Offer positions that are part of any fraudulent schemes, pyramid schemes, or get-rich-quick opportunities.
  • Include links to any external websites, third-party products, or services that are unrelated to the job.
  • Promote adult content, illegal substances, or any other content that violates laws or platform policies.

4. Content Ownership

  • By posting a job, you grant Mimfinder.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote the job listing through the Platform and other channels.
  • You retain ownership of the content you post, but grant Mimfinder.com the right to edit, format, or remove job listings to ensure compliance with platform standards.

5. Job Posting Fees

  • The cost of posting jobs will be outlined on Mimfinder.com. You agree to pay any applicable fees in accordance with the payment terms.
  • Fees may be subject to change at Mimfinder.com’s discretion, but you will be notified in advance of any changes.

6. Use of Job Seeker Data

  • By posting a job, you may receive applications or resumes from job seekers. You agree to use this information solely for the purpose of evaluating potential candidates for employment and in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
  • You are responsible for handling job seeker data in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and must not share, sell, or misuse the data without consent.

7. Job Posting Duration

  • Job postings will remain active for 60 days, unless you choose to remove or update the posting before the end of the duration.
  • You may extend the posting duration for additional fees if allowed by the platform.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use Mimfinder.com to post fake, deceptive, or misleading job offers.
  • Post duplicate job listings or job listings that have already been posted on other websites or platforms without significant changes.
  • Use automated means (bots, scraping, etc.) to post jobs or collect data from Mimfinder.com.
  • Violate any local, state, or federal employment laws or regulations.

9. Termination of Job Postings

Mimfinder.com reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your account or remove job listings that violate these Terms and Conditions or any platform policies.
  • Remove job postings without notice if they are flagged as inappropriate or harmful to the platform’s users.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mimfinder.com and its affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your job postings, including any violations of these Terms and Conditions or third-party rights.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Mimfinder.com is not responsible for the actions or omissions of job seekers who apply to job postings or for any issues related to the hiring process.
  • The platform does not guarantee that job seekers will meet your expectations or that you will successfully hire a candidate.

12. Privacy Policy

13. Amendments

  • Mimfinder.com reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes to these terms.

14. Governing Law

  • This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lagos State/Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration or mediation in Lagos in accordance with the rules of Lagos State Laws.
